last night, i went to a house party for the first time in a long time. there was jamming in the basement (my friend is really talented), two beautiful sweet dogs, lots of wine, and salsa dancing.

my friend's chilean boyfriend taught me how to salsa dance - which, honestly, means he threw me around and i just followed and laughed and did what i could.

i talked to all of my friends from my old job, all of whom are wonderful and funny. i finally got to see my former student and his new girlfriend (who i helped set him up with) and they are so sweet and adorable.

it was the most fun i've had in a while.
