short update

my body feels totally beat this summer. my tendinitis in my foot is coming back, creeping up to my ankle, making it stiff. afraid to run on it today.
emma's live and kidney enzyme levels are too high now. she's on prescription dog food. i am, generally, worried about her.
we are having a family pool party today, so i need to quit stalling and get my workout done.
