my university chose me and a couple of other people to send to the AWP Writers Conference in Chicago from February 29-March 3. they are paying for the conference and the way to get there! i'll have to pay my own lodging and food but hello! i've never even been to Chicago! and Margaret Atwood is the key speaker! i'm dying of happiness!
