i've decided that this semester is more about taking care of myself than anything else.

the past year i had to adjust to a new city and a new major and a new school and being a graduate assistant, and i never thought i really had the time to take care of myself.

i've been working out and eating fruits and vegetables at every meal and guzzling water like there's no tomorrow.

the yoga that i do every day makes me feel stronger and longer, little by little. i like feeling opened up and stretched out.

i feel good.
i feel prepared.
i feel healthy.

i don't think i've ever felt so secure in my life as i do right now.
