i decided on sunday to run again for the first time in... months and months and months. i figured my goal would be to run a whole mile without stopping by the end of the month.

i just did that this morning.

and now i'm exhausted and don't wanna write the four pages left of this twenty page paper that's due tomorrow.

i've been doing yoga almost every day. and i'm currently down about twelve pounds, so that's nice.

hopefully i can keep this up and before matt and erin's wedding in july lose ten or fifteen more. that's fourteen weeks away. lose about a pound a week. that's doable. i've been doing about two a week, so i think i can do that.

we'll see.
