after a whole month of basically no change, i finally hit the 20 lb. marker.

weigh now about what i did my senior year at mky.

have gone on 4 mile runs twice now. trying to run 10 miles this week.

on the whole, i feel better. still not sure i see a physical improvement, but that's not exactly the point anyway.

i am hoping by the time i graduate in december i will have hit 35 lbs.

my mom, i think, is happier than i am about this which is kind of cute considering she's lost about 60 lbs.

anyway, ultimate goal is 50, so i'm 2/5 of the way there...
