it's emma's birthday. she's 4! we celebrated mildly and she's sleeping at my feet right now.
i decided not to work tonight (after leaving work, which i arrived to about 45 minutes early this morning) and i am happy about this choice, but i am worried about regretting it tomorrow or this weekend. that's okay.
my parents finally bought their flights to finally come visit me. it has only taken over a year and a half. but still, i am grateful.
i never really have anything worth talking about.
i'm just always tired.

last weekend, we hiked up to see st. mary's glacier. i have never seen more beautiful water. worth the dizzying altitude and the struggle it took me to make it.
