i do not know how, but i feel
so good this morning. this, after a night of drinking way too much wine (always happens with my family) and yelling out the answers to trivial pursuit before anyone could finish the question (my throat is a little sore).
i feel so at peace today, so willing to do good things for myself, so happy to look at my tired face, and so ready to be kind to myself.
we are where we are.
