-wake up tired
-go to work
-get incredibly disheartened due to student behavior
-come home
-walk emma
-do the bare minimum yoga
-maybe do some chores
and then:
-drink a glass of wine
-watch jeopardy with family
-drink another glass of wine
-choose a show or movie to watch alone
-drink even more wine
-start crying copiously at said show or movie
-drink even more wine
-keep crying
-watch the movie or tv show over again
-realize you've drank an entire bottle of wine (or nearly)
-cry some more
-fall asleep
so, like. that's, like. probably not the best. that's all.

*lately meaning like, once every ten-fourteen days or so. so, like. not that awful, geez.
