jerry is perhaps going to be an exercise in patience. it’s probably good for me. tonight was our second date, and he still hasn’t touched me — no kiss, no holding hands, not even lightly touching my arm.

and yet we continue to have a fantastic time. i haven’t hung around someone whose conversation i genuinely enjoy like this in quite a while.
