i am stuck with this odd feeling of longing. i start to cry at random moments for the smallest reasons and have to choke it all back.

my emotions need more tending to and aren't getting the attention they deserve. that's something to work on for this week.

that, and planning all of these upcoming trips. that's a big one too.
