if it is anxiety, i had another attack tonight. i sat in the living room while my blood pressure shot up to 160/120 with a pulse of 120 while my body shook uncontrollably and i tried to breathe through it and i asked mom whether we needed to go to the emergency room.
she is sleeping next to me in my bed because i asked her to.
i don’t say it enough but i am so lucky to have my parents.
my appointment is at 11:00 tomorrow.
we’ll see.
