my anxiety has amped up lately, i guess. i've been having more heart palpitations. went to the doctor, did all the labs and the ekg and all of that... they all came back normal. so they want me to wear a 24 hour holter monitor, but i am going to europe in less than a week so i'm going to wait until we get back.

i'm excited but also incredibly nervous about the trip. we'll see how it goes! because mom, dad, and seth have never been to europe before, i feel totally responsible for how much they do or do not enjoy it.

did a color run with sue and jason on saturday which was really fun, and then we spent the day going to breweries around lville. those are the kinds of saturdays i want in my life forever.

i have a to-do list a mile long for this week before we leave, so i'd better hop to it.
