i want to learn how to cook. how to
really cook. i made cajun chicken pasta the other night for my family and everyone liked it. and i've learned how to make eggs in a basket (very easy, surprised i've never done it before). i made greek salad today (not cooking technically but still). i want to try to make lemon basil chicken pasta. oh, my stomach is growling just thinking about it.
i just want to feel productive, like i'm not wasting/slaving my life away in a place i don't want to be.
