thanksgiving (both of them) was a major success, i think. my aunt sara has two five month old twins, Hayden and Zack. and oh my lord, are they the cutest things ever!!

i held Hayden for a long time and he just smiles, smiles, smiles.

i got a lot of christmas shopping done today and yesterday, which is good--i only have eric and three other people to shop for. that's good. i feel like i've spent an awful lot of money, though.

today i finished reading Raise High the Roof Beam, Carpenters and Seymour an Introduction. i must say that the latter didn't interest me greatly, lots of jumping around and italics and what have you. but the other one, it was fabulous. just fabulous.
