i have been running and it feels good when i'm done but damn it, it is really freaking hard when i'm doing it and i'm only doing 2 miles right now. jesus. i am disappointed in myself because of how much i was able to do at the beginning of last semester, and now i can barely do two miles without getting dizzy.

i've been staying up too late doing homework because i get really lazy on the weekends and just want to sleep so i feel really out of whack.
