1. you're at the gym every goddamn time i go all of a sudden. what, did i remind you that you want to do better than me?

2. last night i tried the whole self hypnosis/meditation thing to help me sleep. i imagined these waves slowly covering more and more of my body and each time they receded, the pain and tension fell away with it.

3. i am getting back into the habit of waking up around 5a and not being able to fall back to sleep for a few hours. (this is happening despite what time i fall asleep.)
