just had to take my panic attack medicine for the first time since december, i think. i literally woke up from a nap and couldn't get my heart rate to come back down. i had to call my mom so she would tell me i should take that pill.
i've felt it amping up for a while now. the anxiety, i mean.
the edge has been taken off. i'm getting so sleepy. just waiting for mom to get home now.
