splitting time

i have spent, essentially, the entire summer with seth in his home. we have cleaned together and picked out a new couch and worked simultaneously and made so many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. we've gone to bed with each other every night and woken up together every morning.

and it's been lovely.

but now, our time will be split again. i have some work days here that i need to be present for. and in a couple of weeks, classes will start.

and i'm already so, so sad that he's not here.
so, so sad that i don't have my own space.
so, so sad to feel the parts of my life so separated.
