i was just watching the newest episode of jane the virgin and in it, alba believes so strongly that jorge still has feelings for her (though all signs point to he doesn't) and... it resonated so deeply with me.

because you do not have feelings for me.

you may think i'm fun sometimes, but it's not the same thing.

and you may say cute things to me sometimes. but it's still not the same thing.

and... that's actually okay.

it feels like some big weight has been lifted off of my shoulders

like i can breathe again.

like i can happily, healthfully move forward.
